Right from the first interview, Jess impressed Doug and I with her drive and self belief. We had to give her an opportunity and brought her into our cadet programme which she has completed and done exceptionally well.
Within a few short months Jess has gradutaed the programme and we welcome her into the ranks of our Class 5 drivers.
